The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association announced it will reconvene its annual meeting on March 18, 2025, at 6 p.m. after failing to achieve the 50% quorum required to approve the 2024 annual meeting minutes.
During the information-only meeting, the director reported 1,933 ballots were cast in the most recent election, including 84 quorum-only proxies. The director said, “We did not hit quorum, so we won't approve the 2024 annual meeting minutes.” JJ was announced as the winning candidate for the master association board seat with 1,155 votes; Rilla received 691 votes.
The reconvene motion was made on the record by Randy Flint and seconded by Debbie Seabraves. The board called for a voice vote; multiple members responded “Aye,” and the motion carried. No roll-call vote by name was recorded in the transcript.
The meeting notice on the record set the reconvened annual meeting date and time; the standard board meeting will follow that session. Members who wish to address the annual meeting should consult the association’s meeting notice and procedures for participation.
