After conferring with corporation counsel, the board reached consensus to take the Texas Charter Township funds and divide them equally: half to Mothers of Hope as an extension of earlier funding and half to the City of Parchment. Administration and counsel indicated that action could proceed by direction of the board and that Texas Township could seek funding again in the next cycle.
