Commission adds $190,892.45 bill for County Road 26 seal coat; motion carries

Griggs County commissioners voted Nov. 24 to add an invoice for $190,892.45 from Border State Paving related to the County Road 26 seal-coat project to the bills for payment. The item was introduced during the bills portion of the agenda by county staff, who said the invoice needs to be added so it can be paid and that the county should be reimbursed for the work.

Motion to add the bill was made by Bridal and seconded by Zorn. Commissioners took a voice vote and the motion carried.
