The commission formally welcomed Abigail Allhouse to the Cloud Regional Planning Commission. A speaker introduced Allhouse and noted she has worked for Main Street Architecture in Sweetwater and served on the historic zoning commission. Commissioners and staff expressed appreciation for outgoing commissioner Debbie Hines' years of service and said the city council would recognize Hines soon.

Commission staff also reminded members that officer elections (chair, vice chair and secretary) will occur at the January meeting.

Allhouse was present for the meeting and received thanks from staff and commissioners.
