The presented contract amount was $927,490.35, and the request included necessary budget amendments for that contract up to the contract amount. The board moved and approved the contract by voice vote.
Intergovernmental Agreement with Bogart (municipal court services): County staff described an agreement to provide municipal court services for Bogart using county magistrate facilities, magistrate judge and clerks; the agreement includes a 60‑day termination clause. Commissioners approved the IGA by voice vote.
Both approvals were framed by staff as procedural and necessary to advance park construction and intergovernmental cost‑sharing objectives; the contract vote directly supports infrastructure needed to decommission the LAS at Rocky Branch.
