Finance committee reports $1.252 million drop in estimated state aid for 2025-26

At its committee update, a finance committee representative told the board that the committee met Sept. 4, with all members present, and reviewed enrollment and revenue-limit calculations. "The estimated state aid for the district for the 2025, 26 year is down $1,252,000 from 2425," the representative said.
The committee also described coordination with the youth baseball association to pool funding for repairs to fields used by JV teams and reviewed a Boys & Girls Club policy related to a proposed new facility. The committee approved minutes and scheduled its next meeting for Thursday, Oct. 9 at 8:00 a.m.
Board members did not take action on finance items during the report; the update was informational and returned to the full board for consideration as part of budget and planning work for the coming school year.
