During public comment, Mary Mainy, a math teacher at San Benito High School, praised district programs and staff and expressed appreciation for the district's stipend policy, noting a prior request for a $500 stipend and saying the matter will continue to be discussed for next year. The chair and board acknowledged the comments and extended holiday wishes to staff.
