The committee also moved to repeal the separate "bids and quotations" (DJED) policy on the grounds that those rules are incorporated into the procurement policy/manual; Miss Brent moved to repeal DJED and the motion carried by voice vote. Staff were encouraged to finalize the manual and present updates as required.
