Katie Julian, the department presenter, showed the TinTap refund workflow: update your TinTap profile, select the recipient address and enter the reason for your refund claim, attach supporting documents when relevant, and, for each period, type the amount you want refunded in the right-hand column. "Before filing a claim for refund, please verify that your TinTap profile information is up to date," she said, explaining the profile data helps the department contact claimants.
