Trophy Club EDC approves minutes, elects Terry Addington president

The Town of Trophy Club Economic Development Corporation met Nov. 20 and approved the Sept. 22 joint Town Council/EDC minutes and the Oct. 15 EDC minutes by voice vote.
Nominations then filled the corporation’s officer posts. Speaker 3 nominated Terry Addington for president; the motion was seconded and Speaker 2 said the motion passed. Allen was nominated and approved as vice president. James was nominated and approved as secretary. The board approved appointing the town finance director to serve as treasurer, and the town secretary to serve as assistant secretary.
April Duvall was identified in the meeting as the current treasurer on record. No roll‑call vote counts were recorded in the minutes presented at the meeting; each appointment was approved by the board during the session.
The board handled the officer elections under Regular Item 3 and concluded that portion of the agenda before moving on to discussion of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone and incentive programs.
