Seaford board honors long-time volunteers with 'Friend of Seaford' awards

The board also honored Phileas and Natasha Mullen, nominated by Gary Zoll, for running community basketball and youth mentoring programs over multiple decades.
Awardees and nominators offered brief remarks of thanks; the board and audience applauded. The recognition was presented as a community-engagement item rather than a formal board vote.
