The Walton County Technical Review Committee approved the county’s proposed 2026 TRC meeting schedule and conducted routine procedural business before addressing several development applications on Dec. 3.

The committee voted to adopt the 2026 meeting calendar after a motion and voice vote. The committee also agreed to continue two items — Leisure Lane bed-and-breakfast and G and S Glass — to the Dec. 17 TRC meeting at this location after a motion to continue was approved by voice vote.

In other procedural action, the committee accepted a motion to adjourn at the end of the meeting.
