Board defers decision on Wi‑Fi hotspot overdue fee; asks staff for costs

Director-level staff recommended the item could be deferred so staff can calculate annual costs and usage statistics. The board voted to amend the motion and defer the fee increase to a later meeting pending the requested numbers.
