The Town of Wells Planning Board opened its Dec. 1 meeting and handled routine procedural items before addressing multiple applications.
On motions recorded as unanimous the board: accepted the Nov. 17 minutes; received the Brookside Farms Phase 2 pre-application and the Fairway View Village final application; received the Richard Boyce subdivision amendment and granted several requested waivers; received Millennial Granite's site-plan amendment and granted a 90-day continuance; continued the Bald Hill RV Park application for 60 days; and granted 90-day extensions for CG West Campground and Compass Point and a 60-day extension for Holiday House.
