During the Dec. 3 meeting the Wells Board of Selectmen handled routine licensing and finance matters.
Licenses: The board closed public hearings and voted to grant full-time beer, wine and spirits liquor licenses and special entertainment permits (including CBR Enterprise LLC doing business as Hobbs Harbourside, and Court Distributors Inc. doing business as For the Love of Food and Drink). Votes on the license motions were recorded as unanimous where noted.
Warrants: Selectmen approved and signed the warrants presented: a warrant dated 12/02/2025 in the amount of $1,263,471.33, an advanced check warrant dated 11/25/2025 in the amount of $33,532.59, and a general assistance warrant dated 12/02/2025 in the amount of $474.90. The board voted 5-0 to approve.
Board records show no public opposition recorded during the hearings and the chair moved the motions with seconds and unanimous votes for the listed items.
