A council motion to approve Resolution 2025-40 was seconded and passed on a roll call where the transcript recorded 'Yes' votes from Jake, Mindy, Mike and Craig.
Staff said the betterments would reduce future cost and disruption by installing utility infrastructure while UDOT conducts the roadway work. City leaders said they had vetted the project previously in a study session and urged residents to review the staff packet for details.
