The council approved transfer of a Class B‑B full liquor license to Pizza Gourmet & Catering LLC at 1113 Charles Street after applicant David Gulart answered questions about proposed entertainment and hours. The council also approved an entertainment license for the same address, conditioned on events ending by 11:00 p.m. (applicant to return for a check‑in three months after opening). Council members emphasized the business intends banquet‑style entertainment (bands, DJs for private events) and is not seeking nightclub operations.

A new laundry business, Suds and Shine (1099 Charles St.), was granted a local license. Owner Jason Patterson asked whether the council could request a crosswalk from Citizens Bank to his storefront; the council agreed to send a letter to the Rhode Island Department of Transportation on his behalf.

Sol di Portugal (1525 Smith St.) completed a 6‑month probationary check and was approved to continue its liquor license; the council approved a temporary extension for Alex Jackson (360 Venue) to find a new location to transfer his liquor license (three months).

Some license items, including a Class B‑V limited liquor license and outdoor dining for Carmine's LLC (Crazy Wings and Things), were continued to January for additional review.
