Staff disclosed standard hourly billing rates in the engagement: partners and senior attorneys at $350 per hour, associates at $250 per hour, and paralegals at $100 per hour. The staff member said he has requested an estimate and timeline from the attorney but had not received that information yet. The board voted to approve the engagement so the attorney could commence work.
