Planning staff told council the development activity map now shows two new projects on Timber Drive near Pandora Springs. The first, Timber Drive Woodland Mixed Use, is a two-building by-right proposal with a specialty grocery at the corner and flexible retail space; the site plan places parking to the side and a stormwater feature to the rear.
The second, the Timber Thompson commercial parcel, is a three-building layout that includes an identified daycare, flexible retail and office space with full access allowed to Timber Drive and Thompson Road. Triesenberg said both proposals are in plan review with staff.
Council member Dellinger asked whether the Thompson Road driveway would trigger additional connections to the south; the planner said not at this stage. Dellinger also asked about the Timber Drive overlay buffer; the planner confirmed both parcels fall within the overlay and noted the buffer options include 25-foot and 35-foot choices depending on the build option selected.
Staff said they will refer council members to the case managers for the individual projects if they have specific questions and that the projects proceed through standard plan-review steps.
