Committee members suggested inviting small business and faith‑based representatives and said the summit should produce specific recommendations for BOCC consideration.
The committee also heard public comment questioning the Live Local AMI thresholds (120% cited by a commenter) and staff clarified that AMI thresholds are set by state statute and local governments have limited authority to change them.
Procedural note: The committee moved and seconded to approve prior minutes "with the changes"; Teresa Jones seconded and the chair announced the motion carried by voice vote.
