Clayton board approves multiple policy revisions, awards architectural and construction contracts

The board also approved a construction-management-at-risk contract with BSI (as presented). Members noted that scope and stakeholder review for athletic facilities and construction-management services had been discussed in prior public meetings.
Consent agenda and adjournment: The board approved the consent agenda (items 9.1–9.109) by voice vote and heard a set of committee reports on parks and rec, technology (device and AI subcommittees) and equity work. The meeting adjourned on a motion from a board member.
