On Nov. 24 the Tredyffrin-Easttown School Board approved the meeting consent agenda by voice vote and acted to advance several district policies on a first-reading basis.

President Kantorsick presided over a voice vote that the meeting recorded as "Ayes have it" with a 9–0 tally for the consent items. Later, administration and Policy Committee Chair Susan Audrain presented consolidated finance policies (including a proposed repeal or consolidation into Policy 31-85) and updates to federal fiscal compliance policies. Audrain explained the reorganization of certain finance policies and the regulatory edits to bring district rules in line with state and federal requirements.

The board moved and approved the set of policies for first reading, which the administration noted will be presented for adoption at the next regular meeting. No public comments were offered on the policies during the Nov. 24 session.

The actions taken place on the record at the Nov. 24 meeting will be reflected in the agenda and posted materials for the next meeting.
