PCSD board approves updated livestreaming policy aligning with recent legislation

Staff told trustees the district already follows many of the requirements and the policy formalizes existing practice. After a motion and second, the board voted 'yay' with no recorded opposition.
The board directed staff to finalize the policy language and implement operational steps for livestreaming and captioning.
No further action items were recorded related to funding for the streaming implementation during the meeting.
