Richland County authorizes county administrator to close on 9019 Garners Ferry Road and amend contract for 120 Clemson Road

Vice Chair Derek Pew stated on the record that the council had entered executive session for updates and legal advice and that no votes were taken while in executive session. Both authorizations were approved after the council returned to open session.
