The superintendent distributed a trust inventory and described the roundtable framework: identify where participants operate (strategic, tactical or operational), review priority objectives and evidence of progress, and return ratings for each objective using a 0-to-4 scale. Dr. Austin told attendees the session is the first of three roundtables the district will use to monitor long-term goals and short-term actions.
