"If you were interested in exploring that, even if in the end you decide no, we can learn more," staff said when describing how the proposer could give more detail via a Zoom call or written responses. Commissioners asked staff to collect questions and get answers prior to the November meeting; staff set a timeline for questions to be submitted by the end of the week and to receive replies before the next meeting.
