At the start of the meeting Speaker 1 (Presiding officer) asked for and obtained a motion to approve the October 23, 2025 meeting minutes; a motion was made and seconded and the board voted "Aye," with Speaker 1 stating, "Motion carries unanimously."
Speaker 1 also noted motor vehicle reports for the month ending Oct. 25 and updated statutory exemption reports in Munis that require sign-off. Later in the meeting Speaker 1 said an additional motor vehicle commitment report had been added as new business and that everyone had signed off.
Near the meeting's close Speaker 1 introduced an abatement matter and moved to enter executive session, saying the board "will not return to open session" afterward. Speaker 3 moved to go into executive session and the motion was seconded. Roll-call votes were recorded: LeBlanc — Aye; Lamoreaux — Aye; Olivieri — Aye. The board left regular session for executive session.
Next steps: the board entered executive session to discuss the abatement; no further public action was recorded in the open session minutes.
