The presenter recommended waiving the bidding process and awarding the work directly to Frank Marshall Electric, and said staff believes there are sufficient funds in the treatment plant repair and maintenance budget line to cover the overage.
Trustees approved the motion by voice/roll call. Trustees Christiansen, Curtis, Gaitley, Lowery and Mayor Gafino recorded affirmative responses when the clerk called the roll.
