• Consent agenda item 1 — Approved. Councilmember Kenneth Michaels moved to approve the consent agenda item; Councilmember David Glover seconded and the mayor recorded the motion as passing unanimously.
• PZ case 25‑16 (replat) — Approved. Staff said the case reforms multiple partial lots around a parcel recently purchased by AutoZone into a single replat. Councilmember Jeff Navarz moved approval; the motion passed unanimously.
• Development agreement for 439 Mansfield Cardinal — Approved. Staff explained the agreement implements a previously approved planned development and anticipates 26 townhomes on the site; Councilmember David Glover moved approval and the motion passed unanimously.
• Resolution R640 — Tarrant Appraisal District (TAD) board vote allocation — Approved. The council discussed allocating its three votes for the TAD 2026 Board of Directors and voted to split them: one vote each for Wendy Burgess, Eric Scribe and Michael Alford. The motion passed unanimously.
