- O’Brien utility-easement vacation (VAC-25-1): Council approved the vacation ordinance by roll call.
- Water Reclamation Facility membranes: Council approved amended warranty/service terms with Wiggin Water Technologies and a separate service agreement (see separate coverage). Vote recorded and motion passed.
- Highlands and Montrose/Lehi lift station standby power upgrades: Council awarded a construction contract to Valley Electric (low bid $175,079) with 10% contingency for a total request of $192,587 funded from the lift-station equipment replacement line; council approved the award.
