Applicant Cameron Plant told the board the business will remain a mechanic repair shop and that he is buying out the retiring owner. Plant identified himself as the proposed manager and listed proposed hours of operation as Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
During the item Plant asked how to arrange a fire inspection for extinguishers; a city representative directed him to contact the Fire Prevention Bureau via the city website and online permitting system.
A board member moved to approve the license; the motion was seconded and members responded with voice votes in favor. The board recorded approval on the record and thanked the applicant.
