The board approved several routine items by voice vote, including minutes, consent resolutions and payment of expenses.
A motion to approve the minutes from the November meeting was made by Commissioner Christine D'Agostino and seconded by Usman; the chair asked for those in favor and members responded "Aye." The record shows the motions carried by voice vote.
Staff said the titles of multiple resolutions were not read aloud to avoid a lengthy meeting and that those items would be handled by consent. A motion and second to approve the consent resolutions were recorded and passed by voice vote. Commissioners then moved and seconded approval of payment of vouchers; the motion also carried by voice vote.
The chair opened the floor for public comment and no members of the public participated. Harlan confirmed there would be no executive session for the meeting, and a motion to adjourn was made and seconded.
