Johnny Wong told the board the report is intended to give members measurable "yardsticks" for future performance evaluations and to explain internal operations. "This is my attempt to provide you with a little bit more information moving forward," Wong said while introducing the handout. The board voted to receive the report following a motion by Commissioner Myers and a second from Commissioner Joseph.
