On consent the council approved minutes from Oct. 15, payroll and bills, and passed several resolutions including a purchase of a corner lot (Resolution 25084) for $55,000 intended to create public parking, and a resolution authorizing replacement flooring at the Lockport Police Department (Resolution 25085).
Council also approved Resolution 25089 to continue lead‑service replacements with Conley Excavating and Construction; staff reported those four current replacements will reduce the city's remaining lead and galvanized services to just over 70 connections, with work budgeted to finish next year.
