Ottawa County — The Ottawa County Community Mental Health board approved its consent agenda on Nov. 21 by roll-call vote. Items listed in the packet included minutes of the last meeting, the performance improvement (PQI) committee report, amended and renewed service contracts, new contracts (several for autism services) and the finance committee's financial statement.

During roll call each director answered 'Yes' when called: Director Bunce, Director Davis, Director Rohde, Director Deff, Director Dritzma, Director Fockler, Director Van Hoven, Director Vandersweig, Wenzel and Chair Bird. The chair declared the motion carried.

Finance committee materials reviewed the recently completed regional residential rate calculator, six contract renewals, two amendments due to rate adjustments, and new provider contracts to expand autism services and convert the Parent Cafe program to a contracted service.

No separate controversial items were removed from the consent agenda during the meeting.
