The Cranston City Planning Commission opened its session by approving the release of a $122,500 bond for Briarwoods Estate Subdivision. The chair read the bond amount and solicited a motion; a motion to release the bond was made and seconded and the board approved the release by voice vote.

Staff confirmed they had received the applicant’s letter describing completed road work. Commissioners did not raise additional questions on the item and moved on to the next agenda matter.
