At the Nov. 20 meeting the Planning Board approved an A&R plan for 27 Reservoir Ave. The applicant, Derek Maxey of Madigan Lancervang LLC, explained he had purchased the property and sought approval to divide it into two lots.
Maxey described the existing house and referenced plan features including septic and water shown on the plan and said the land carries frontage sufficient for the proposed lots. Board members asked whether overlay zoning or nearby proposed projects (the Lakeville Country Club/Thorndike proposal) might conflict with this plan; Maxey said he did not expect the lots to be part of any larger proposal and did not anticipate selling them to the developer in question.
After brief questions from the board, Member (speaker 2) moved to approve the A&R plan for 27 Reservoir Ave; the motion was seconded and carried unanimously.
The board’s vote recorded the approval and the applicant was thanked and wished a safe holiday season. No additional conditions beyond standard plan completeness were recorded in the transcript.
