The decision followed an extended public hearing in which adjacent property owners said the project’s proposed wall would extinguish a century‑old side access they say has been used openly for decades.
Johnny Case, the city planner for the item, told commissioners the site is zoned R3 and the proposed two attached condominium units meet all condominium and zoning standards, including minimum unit size, setbacks and parking.
