Public works director Adam Wright said the study is needed to assess how ongoing development will affect the stormwater system, and West Point City will hire engineers and provide oversight and implementation in developed areas. The agreement begins Nov. 25, 2025, and runs through Dec. 31, 2026.
Commissioners approved the resolution by voice vote.
