Members clarified the January 15 meeting falls on a third Thursday under the proposed calendar and discussed that exception before approving the full schedule. No formal amendments were made to the calendar during the meeting.
The approvals were procedural; the board did not attach additional directives or refer either matter to staff. The board moved on to a public petition and the director's report following the votes.
