The Caddo Parish Commission at its Dec. 1 work session approved several procedural steps that will move measures to later consideration.
Commissioners voted to add three items to the agenda — including a corrected November financials title, a special resolution for Hollywood Quick Stop and an advance special resolution recognizing Steve Anderson’s retirement — after holding a public hearing with no speakers. Commissioner John Paul Young moved the addition; Parliamentarian Victor Thomas seconded. The motion carried with 10 in support, none opposed and 2 absent.
