Donations: The district presented monetary donations from the Edward Jones Trust (for homeless services), Wes Schwab (for fan bus travel) and Heeb and James Shipp (for homeless services). Keith Sigler moved to accept the donations and direct administration to send thank‑you letters; Cassidy seconded. The board approved the motion by voice vote.

Closed session: The board voted to close the public meeting at 6:21 p.m. for negotiations pursuant to Minnesota statutes governing closed meetings for negotiation purposes (Minn. Stat. § 13D.03). The board recessed briefly and then returned to open session at 7:10 p.m., again by motion and voice vote.

Adjournment: Following routine closing business, Keith moved to adjourn at 7:11 p.m.; Laura Lee seconded and the board adjourned. The chair closed the meeting and wished attendees a happy Thanksgiving.
