Baltimore County ACC approves precinct/unit reporting for PAB, rejects rank summary; experience-reporting left unresolved

Christopher Sui, chair of the Baltimore County Administrative Charging Committee, opened the Nov. 7 meeting and led members through roll call and agenda items. The committee voted to request that Internal Affairs include precinct or unit assignment in the quarterly summary provided to the Police Accountability Board (PAB). "So if, for example, we have 50 complaints in a quarter, it would be x number of complaints come from x precinct or special operations," a member explained during the motion.
