• Construction contract — miscellaneous concrete street improvements (FY26, project 420-12602): Spangler Engineering presented bid results from Nov. 6. Alfarer Brothers Concrete Construction was the lowest responsive bidder and their bid came in under budget; council approved awarding the contract to them.
• Louisiana compliance questionnaire (audit): Council approved the city's annual compliance questionnaire and authorized signatures for submission to auditors; one member recorded an abstention (Councilman Wells) on the vote.
