At the meeting the district proposed and the board approved tuition rates for the 2025–26 regular school term, calculated using the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) standard tuition tool as required by Missouri statute 167.131. Director Matt Fritz told the board the rates, based on actual expenditures for the fiscal year ending 06/30/2025, are: elementary (K–5) $17,365; middle school (6–8) $16,731; and high school $16,835. The administration requested board approval of those rates; a motion was made, seconded and the board approved them by voice vote.

Board members briefly discussed the relative differences between grade-level groupings and voiced no objections to the calculations. The motion carried; the district will publish the approved tuition schedule and apply it for the upcoming school year.
