Jillian Shoney, director of the Homelessness Response System (HRS), said the update consolidates work from several stakeholder groups and adds about 90 new action items designed to accelerate continual quality improvement across inflow, outflow and safety on and off the streets. "This is the first time that it's received a refresh," Shoney said, adding the plan will continue to evolve with substantive changes returned to the board.
