Museum readies exhibits and video wall; board approves initial content for opening

Board members favored limited historical/contextual text and suggested keeping quotes and poetry that add interpretive value, while asking production staff to slow some transitions and provide context for images to aid out‑of‑state visitors.
The board approved initial content for the ribbon‑cutting opening with the request that staff return in January with guidelines and additional material for final approval. Staff said they will prepare a recommended approval process and bring refined material back to the board.
