The City of Rome Planning Board opened its Dec. 2 meeting by approving minutes from April 2025 and a Nov. 18 special meeting and then reviewed and adopted its regular meeting dates for 2026.

Board members discussed possible conflicts with holidays and the tax grievance day and agreed to move some meetings to second Tuesdays (including July, August and December adjustments discussed during the review). A motion to approve the 2026 schedule carried unanimously. Chair Mark Esposito said the board will announce the January 6 and Feb. 3 meeting dates as the next scheduled meetings.

These administrative items were handled at the start of the meeting and did not draw public comment.
