The Schuylkill Valley School District board took and recorded several routine votes during the meeting.

Committee work session dates: A motion to approve the committee work session dates for 2026 was moved and seconded and passed by voice vote. The chair called the vote and the motion carried 9–0.

Extracurricular appointment: Under policy personnel and public relations, the board approved one extracurricular appointment for the 2025–26 school year, subject to satisfactory receipt of required clearances and executed contracts; the motion carried 9–0.

Sterling Act tax credit certification: The board reviewed the Sterling Act tax‑credit certification (calendar year 2024) in the amount of $10,466. A PDE representative explained the credit applies to residents who work within the city limits of Philadelphia; the board moved to certify and ratify the amount and voted to approve the certification 9–0.
