Easement acceptance and city manager report
Council accepted a public utilities easement for 3901 Buchanan Avenue SW as part of city manager Report 25-13. The motion passed by roll call.
CDBG budget amendment and Home Repair Services
The council voted to approve Budget Amendment No. 8 to appropriate $15,345.85 in remaining 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) coronavirus funds into the current CDBG budget and to recognize associated grant revenue. City staff said the funds will be distributed through a future contract with a nonprofit that will be brought back to the council once a contract is reached.
